Does price really define high-end? I know it's a one off (in that it should cost a lot more than it does), but what about the Nexus 4? I've always considered it a high end handset?

On a serious note, Lumia 920?
And, although it was marketed as a high end phone, I believe it didn't do anywhere near as well as hoped so likely not to be considered - the Moto RAZR i.

I think that's about it. The Oppo Find 5 looks OK too, and the Lumia 920 probably too if you don't mind Windows Phone (which still is a limited OS when compared to Android or iOS, whether you guys like it or not).

Nexus 4 has the terrible Tegra 3 chip though, only 720p screen and the back is prone to cracking.

Tegra 3, what? Nexus 4 has always had a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro.
