It's only closing the China specific mail service :o

Like it says, you can relocate your account.

Yeah, it only affects Yahoo mail in China. And that email is poorly written: "China Yahoo Mail will be in Beijing closed in August 2013 19 23 59."

I use Yahoo mail for one-time use addresses.
Luckily I don't live in China :)
