Options for mouse and keyboard from the couch

I have my gaming PC hooked up to my TV, and usually play most games with an xbox pad. This works well for the most part, except some games which don't have good controller support, like Battlefield 3.

So i'm on the lookout for a good setup for mouse+keyboard from the couch. I love the idea of the Phantom Lapboard, but it hasn't had great reviews. A good idea badly executed seems to be the general consensus.

Apart from just getting bluetooth mouse and keyboard and using some kind of tray, are there any proper alternatives out there?

If you can get extension cables you should check out the Couchmaster

Go with something simple...such as a bluetooth keyboard...

It's made for the PS3, but works just fine with any bluetooth adapter.

I used this keyboard for a HTPC project for my parents, worked out great.
