This may seem like an odd question, but the frontpage on neowin uses ip content yes with a custom template?

Does it use the comment system too or a third party?

And do you know of any good sources for help with ip content, as i find the system very awkward and confusing in areas.

Neowin's homepage is made from custom software. I think I'm right in saying it was developed by Dave Legg and Timan.

Neowin's front page is "Powered by Ignition", which is their custom CMS. http://www.neowin.net/credits#ignition

thanks for the info , however that link doesn't help as it goes to an about page with absolutely no information on ignition.

If you find it confusing, a good place to start if you're a genuine license holder is probably their support forums :)
