PS4 basic model for... 399 euros/dollars?

I found this new in spanish here and german here.

It says Sony India updated its official site (you can see the title PS4 + 250GB disc) for a 399 euros price. They, of course, deleted the info minutes later.

This would be a "basic" model, with other alternatives.

If the conversion is 1 euro = 1 dollar... could be 399 the minimum price?

What do you think about it?

I'm expecting something closer to $449 for even a basic model, keeping in mind that they're essentially now bundling Move with it (built into the DS4, and including the new camera).

A 250GB Move bundle with two old, cheap games now runs $389 on Amazon (with $25 in savings!).

Yeah, you don't have the extra "wand" controller, but you also have a more expensive blu-ray drive, GDDR5, and it being a launch console and not a "Super Slim".
