While half of the known world is ranting and raving about next gen consoles (guess which One I'm not getting, har har), some other stuff has rather quietly appeared and gone unnoticed - Nvidia GTX 7xx series. To be frank, it's all fair enough. There's barely anything new and great about it (except Shadowplay gameplay recording, which is awesome), it's neither the most powerful evar nor even the most powerful single-GPU card. To not be frank, don't call me Frank.

For fanbois like me it just has to be there. Back when Kepler was announced and still was a big deal, a wallpaper of reference design 680 was made available (it's still there, in the Cool Stuff, if you want). This time around Green Team PR department seems not to have pressed on that kind of thing. But, as it turns out, they still didn't forget about true fanbois and, well, anyone else looking for some artful brand loyalty:

Guess who has set it as a desktop background for now. Yep, you're pointing in the right general direction.

All credit to Nvidia, of course.

If it gets lost, try using TinEye first - likely, somebody will have copied it to some other part of the internets. Otherwise, honk at me. I'll probably have the copy for you, because I keep a lot of shyte like that. And yes, this is a shyte thread in and of itself.

P.S. PC Master Race
