.asp pages not rendering/displaying as blank page in any browser.

Something broke .asp rendering in all browsers.
Machine is up-to-date windows 7 sp1
internet explorer 10
latest chrome
latest firefox

all of the browser i tried displays asp page as blank.

tried another machines- xp, vista, windows 7 with ie9, windows 7 with ie10-all work fine.
so its not a website issue, definitely the problem with above machine.

retried re-installing/updating java, repairing/uninstalling/updating microsoft .net framework v4

Looking forward for any suggestions on how to try to fix the above problem
Thank you in advance!!

Scan your system for malware.
Try restarting your system and network hardware.
Do you have any software installed that might be filtering out content?
Can you provide a URL you're trying to access?

Works here. Win8 IE10.

Might be something in IIS security configuration / authentication?
Have you tried cycling the worker process or restarting IIS?
Browser cache need cleared? Permissions on inetpub/wwwroot or application root directory?

Hmm, interesting.
Do you have a Proxy configured (Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN settings), or are connecting though a VPN?

How would i go about restoring IIS configuration to windows stock configuration.-where is it in in the windows 7 settings, what are the steps?
What are the steps to fix permissions on inetpub/wwwroot-is it needed since all the browsers are affected?

Browser cache need cleared? Since the chrome was installed specifically for test the problem, it didn't have any cache. My laptop that has win7 with ie10 and lastest chrome and nightly firefox- all the browsers on my laptop has no problem rendering above website.

More details on the website, its MLS system that is used by real estate agents in USA to search for real estate listings.
The login page loads properly on affected machine, login process works fine and client has no problem logining-in.
so is the home page after you login, problem happens within website, their search engine and the detail page of the listing all use asp, when affect machine tries to use search function or click on detail listing that is when i see blank asp page, no error, just doesn't render.

Thank you, i really appreciate the help in tackling this problem.
