Question

Hi,
I've recently upgraded to 8.1 and see some serious weirdness with regard to the CPU utilization which I havne't seen in 8.0. So, exhibit A:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/28406605/1.png
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/28406605/2.png
As you see CPU utilisation is reported as 8x% but the logical utilization + the system idle process disagree.
Now, let's move to exhibit B:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/28406605/3.png
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/28406605/4.png
Here system idle is about 12-13% but according to the CPU graph utilisation is 100%. Notice how Resource Manager reports 117% utilization!
So something is not right here. Any ideas?
