Shadow of the Colossus isn't showing up as free for me, but Ico is, I guess maybe they're listing them on different days.  Thanks for the heads up!

they do not release all of the games at the same time, they mark them for free one or two games per week throughout the month. Right now the only one is Kingdom of Amalure: Reckoning.

Amalur is an awesome surprise! I feel bad for not buying it new, the people who made it lost their jobs soon after...

I played Amalur on 360 and I think "awesome" would be an incredibly generous description. To each their own, of course :)/

hahaha could be, just played an hour or so, but really liked it. seems like the kind of simplified RPG my kind of gamer can get into. Sort of like an easy Dragon's Age.

Haha Ico and Shadow are from the same team I think and also look the same to me. Very unique but not my kind of experience. And you were right Complex, Amalur is good but calling it awesome was overly enthusiastic...
