I am using Firefox 24 and multiple times today, the flash plugin has become unresponsive which then makes trying to move the mouse around nearly impossible because of severe lag and slow response. As soon as the message comes up that the Flash plugin has become unresponsive and I can get the mouse over to the dialog box to close it, system performance increases immediately.

What I'd like to find out is first why when the flash plugin becomes unresponsive, does the system performance drop to the point where I can't effectively use the mouse. Second, why is the plugin continuing to crash? It seems as though I keep getting prompts to update flash, but no matter how many times I update flash, I keep getting a prompt that an update is available.

Well sounds like you have flash issue.. What version are you running?

Also firefox 25 is out, http://helpx.adobe.c...ash-player.html

You should be on 11.9.900.117 which is the current version.
