Red surface cover in the UK?

Anyone know of a way to get the red surface cover in the UK? I can only find the cyan, white and black ones but really want the red one.

 

Why does the the touch 2 only come in black as well? Didnt they say they had feedback for more colours for the type cover in their making of Surface 2 video. Seems like an odd choice to then go on to limit the colours of the type cover.
