Back Up Your Computer in Three Ways

So now your even spending more time clearing your cache - that you could be using?  What a waste of time!  Why don't you do it 10 times a day?  Why is 3 or 4 time enough - maybe it should be done every 5 minutes?

 

Why don't you just backup the files you have created/edited since the last time you backed up?  Running a incremental backup of the system 3 or 4 times  day is just wasting effort..  And putting extra read/write on your disks - that is more likely to cause failure ;)
