Gnome Shell 3.12, not that many differences from 3.10 (not visual anyway).

It feels more snappy, the new GTK 3.12 looks nice and there are some new features like direct access to wired connection settings and location detection.

The PPA still doesn't have all the new app versions so I'm still missing stuff like the new Totem.

Icons are Numix Circle, BTW.

Just upgraded to 14.04 LTS.  No major changes in Unity from previous versions.  It does seem to boot up faster and the interface feels like it might be a little faster, and they brought the conventional menu back to Nautilus.  I'm glad this is going to be an LTS, I may actually decide to just stick with LTS versions instead of upgrading every 6 months.  We'll see how I feel once I hear what changes will come in 14.10.
