Can't say I notice a difference on the page that you linked to in the OP, but then I again I've pretty much disliked every redesign they've offered so I tend to avoid Facebook and go on it for small moments of time; not enough to notice subtle changes. Might get a better response if you did the same, as for the Facebook profile - looks like its going to be that old-outdated look until they decide to update it again, which could be in months or years.
