mrchetsteadman Posted June 13, 2014 Share Posted June 13, 2014 I just bought a new Insignia 55 inch LED with MHL port (NS-55D550NA15) and for some reason my Roku stick isn't detected. The Roku stick works with the TV but I'm supposed to be able to control it with my TV remote and not have to use the Roku remote. When I try to scan for it on my TV settings it isn't found but it displays when I switch to the HDMI port it's on. Maybe I'm missing something. Any help is appreciated. LOL well I found out that there are multiple versions of the Roku Stick and the one I bought is for HDMI and the one I need is the Roku Ready version. So I solved it.
