I have been trying to get the Windows 8 touch keyboard to popup on my secondary monitor for hours and have had no luck! I tried Ultramon, and it didn't work! I copied and pasted Tabtip.exe shortcut to the desktop and double click it but it pops up on the first monitor :/ what gives?
