Guest
They obviously forgot to mention that Debian would be the creator of the universe, and Arch and Fedora his little evil brothers.
Mindovermaster Moderator Posted August 17, 2014 Moderator Share Posted August 17, 2014 Well put, elenarie! :) It's unfair how they praise Ubuntu, not looking at 1,000 other distros.
Draconian Guppy
Well put, elenarie! :) It's unfair how they praise Ubuntu, not looking at 1,000 other distros. what other distro is user friendly in the sense that it already has everything needed (GUI-wise at least), I chose Ubuntu because as a new user, it seemed it would be the easiest install. Also, what point is there to having all the ubuntu variants in the justice league. For that matter those should be a variant of superman

Several. Ever use Elementry OS? They are ONLY basing it off x/l/ubuntu. Since when does power mean new usability? Terminal is the bloodline of Linux. Arch users would agree. I do like the one comment in the original article though, Arch would be Doctor Manhattan. Ubuntu as Superman? Puhleeeeez. More like Aquaman. Most everybody acknowledges his existence, but would rather go with the other super heroes. :D
sanctified Veteran Posted August 18, 2014 Veteran Share Posted August 18, 2014 Dont agree. If anything, Batman is Arch: Complex but smart, relatively obscure, flexible and most important... he does not really like Supes. +E.Worm Jimmy 1 Share
123456789A
I prefer Slackware Linux. Not sure what superhero it would be though. Probably one of the originals that nobody remembers anymore.
