I'm looking for some information about ECU remapping, flash tools, etc. (basically I need to know what tool I need for a certain type of ECU). Could someone please recommend a GOOD site/forum about this? Or if someone here is good at this, I would really appreciate the help. what Posted October 8, 2014 Share Posted October 8, 2014 Relevant owners forum for your car, there will be a section for tuning and modifications. Most tuners will specialise in certain brands/groups but the quality of work varies massively, so you'll want to speak to the people who have had the same thing done to their own car, rather than a general tuning forum where people will tell you to go for whatever sounds best. Unfortunately, that was the 1st thing I did, I went to the Peugeot club forum (the car is a Peugeot Boxer) and opened a thread there, but no success, either they don't know or they don't care enough to reply. Fast and megasquirt have their own custom ecu's probably not a direct replacement though and would need high end automotive know how. You can look at http://stangtuning.net for a lot of different brands and tuners, however, these are pretty specific to the american ford mustang v8. A quick search for peugeot brings this up http://www.torquecars.com/peugeot If nothing else you can possibly contact a peugeot tuner to ask some questions. Some people do enjoy to help others.
