DoubleJ Posted January 28, 2002 Share Posted January 28, 2002 Even after disabling it within OE, I still noticed the icon flash in the systray when I started OE up. Follow this tweak, http://www.tweakxp.com/tweakxp/display.asp?id=108 and Messenger will no longer even THINK about trying to start with OE.
