settingsynchost error


Question

Hi all, it was along ago that i posted anything here at forums, but it seems i need once again your help

 For the past 2 days i get the same stressful error, a settingsynchost.exe error, i tried scanning for viruses, malewares and anything i could think about it but nothing, i googled it still nothing, and just happened to cleaned my old restore pionts, i am using windows 8.1, so if anyone has some idea please share with me, thank you from advance

- Go to PC Settings (Metro Control Panel in layman sense)

- Go to "Sync your Settings" and turn off whatever stuff you not want synced or turn them off all.

Try it, if it doesn't work, make sure, it does not consume too much processor usage.
