ultimate99
I'm working on a project in regards to doing a usability analysis to a website. I don't come from technical background so this is kind of new to me. I've read a lot of literature in regards to usability testing, but is there a source or a book that can guide me through the steps of how to create the required use case scenarios? I thought I should ask here since a lot of members program software and do what customers want to see, so I'd really appreciate real world experience. Thanks!! +Fulcrum Subscriber¹ Posted February 9, 2015 Subscriber¹ Share Posted February 9, 2015 I'm willing to bet any textbook about Systems Analysis & Design will include instruction for Use Case modeling. Or you can look for something specific to UML. MIT opencourseware is a great resource: Here are some references: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/architecture/4-297-special-problems-in-architecture-studies-fall-2000/readings/ Here is a powerpoint which has some overview: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/civil-and-environmental-engineering/1-264j-database-internet-and-systems-integration-technologies-fall-2013/lecture-notes-exercises/MIT1_264JF13_lect_6.pdf
