Luke88
Hello, I have a problem with a laptop running Windows 7 Pro. I have recently purchased a USB Bluetooth dongle to connect the laptop to a JBL portable speaker. It was a non-branded dongle but works fine and I have been using this okay for the past week or so. I ordered a new Bluetooth speaker, however as soon as I connect this speaker to the laptop via Bluetooth Windows BSOD's and reboots. This happens every time I try to connect to the new speaker. The old speaker continues to work fine. I have tried removing and re-adding the Bluetooth connection to the new speaker but this doesn't not seem to have resolved the issue. Below is the dump file from the BSOD: ================================================== Dump File : 032115-40466-01.dmp Crash Time : 21/03/2015 16:52:49 Bug Check String : IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Bug Check Code : 0x0000000a Parameter 1 : 0x82d6d000 Parameter 2 : 0x00000002 Parameter 3 : 0x00000000 Parameter 4 : 0x82c38e73 Caused By Driver : ndis.sys Caused By Address : ndis.sys+3e22 File Description : NDIS 6.20 driver Product Name : Microsoft
