The whole point of the Windows Insider Preview program and the Windows Feedback app is to make changes that people want. They've already added coloured title bars in a newer build and they're going to add more. If a lot of people vote for more Windows Update options, then we'll see it.

I could get behind a windows 11 build alert and make payment then download to install. It appears that the days of CD/DVD or USB installs are close to being obsolete.

I don't even have a disk drive in my desktop tower anymore. Close to being obsolete? That came 5 years ago.
