Making middle-clicked links in Chrome open in foreground?

Recommended Posts

When I middle-click on a link in Chrome, it opens the new tab in the background.

How can I make it switch to that tab automatically?

No, that opens a new window.

EDIT:  Ignore me, I used Shift + MB1.  How can I make Shift + Middle Click have the behavior of Shift + MB1?

Weird, it opens a new tab for me.

you can always try Ctrl+Shift+Click and see.

Might be a setting on your end that was changed or a plugin?

I have a vanilla install

Try and find a Tab Mix Plus alternative for chrome. Not sure there is anything quite as amazeballs, but there must be something that will do the basics.

I'd like to know myself.
