I´ll also leave the link open even when the results are posted, so that I can update it later on if more people decide to fill it. This information is to be used by anyone who finds it useful. I´ll not ask for any personal information like name, phone number or any means to contact you. The purpose is to give an alternative free access to information about this topic for any kind of educational or personal reason.
