Office 365 Personal Surface 3 one year offer missing after refresh

So, my drivers on my Surface 3,(barely a month old) had errors. Windows 10 tried to reset them, couldn't, so I refreshed the system. Never activated the free 365 Personal, as I'm waiting for August when college starts. Now, I can't find the offer. What can I do? Thanks!

The offer should have come with in form of a card with product key. You don't get the free offer in the OS. it's a key you receive that you type in the Office app to activate it. That is how I activated office on my Sisters new Surface 3. If you didn't receive the key card or have lost it, I would contact Microsoft support. If you still have the card, just visit office.com and redeem your license.
