Error code 0xc0000603

I have just created a bootable win10 usb with rufus 2.10. But I'm unable to get it boot all the time it gives me error 0xc0000603 which I'm unable to understand why it's happening bcoz 2 days ago i had made 1 with same software and successfully installed the windows. Anybody can help me please.

Can you try using a different USB port on the device you're trying to install Windows 10 on?

Can you try a different USB drive?

Yes i did tried on other usb ports with different win versions but error still remains.
