Tesseract Posted February 18, 2002 Share Posted February 18, 2002 I was wondering if there was a way to backup an operating system, such as Windows XP, onto a CD-R in such a way that you can boot from the CD-R and you would have a functional operating system on the CD-R without accessing the HD. [f] Posted February 18, 2002 Share Posted February 18, 2002 hmmm..i was going to say norton ghost 2002 and/or drive image 5, but i'm not certain they allow you to boot from the cd.....and ru n the OS I have heard that XP embedded allows such functionality.
