syphern Posted March 10, 2002 Share Posted March 10, 2002 hey guys who ever has bluyonder broadband service from the UK can you please tell me how it is? i have it installed in 2 weeks time so can some one please give me some insight about it: 1) how the installation goes 2) what kind of stuff do they install... software and hardware? i dont have a NIC card. 3) how fast are they? 4) after installation how is the service eg support... 5) is it really 512kb/s? or does it change? 6) whats the max download speed you can get with it? 7) and any other information that you think i should know... i have been on the website but i want opinions of other people who have it installed... thanks alot guys... Cookie Monster Posted March 10, 2002 Share Posted March 10, 2002 1. the installation , What a laugh ......the man was stupid, i did the install. 2. what kind of stuff do they install , None not even a firewall ! 3. how fast are they? , Who ? 4. support... , never used it never needed to. 5. is it really 512kb/s? , YEP 6. max download speed , i get 75-80 kbs 7. once every 30 days your IP address will expire and it can take 6 hours to get new one.
