Complete Noob wants to learn PHP...

I have a spare computer on a cable connection and I would like to make it a web server and learn PhP. However, I dont know the first thing to do... Can someone point me in the right direction? I'd like to go the free route at least as long as I'm just learning it... Are there any free "pre-made" PhP scripts that are easy to install and configure? will it run on IIS? Is there any type of install package that sets everything up for me? I know, I know, I'm probably asking too much. ;)

ok, learning PHP is a lot different from installing php.

it's a programming language and a platform to run it on. two separate things from the learning aspect.

Once PHP runs on your machine, give PHPed a try, it works great and good for PHP code editing and stuff.
