Mouse Cursor size change 32x32

I have a windows xp pro sp2 and a windows 2k pro sp4 machine. i have made special mouse cursors that go beyond the 32x32 limit. windows 2k show them fine but xp pro still shows them in 32x32, i need to know how to get xp to show them as windows 2k dose iamge show the cursor working in windows 2000 sp4
