web server ( IIS)

Hi friends

I understand windows xp can be setup to work as server ( base on IIS )

and I have dynamic IP.

And after creating a my website I am puting index.html or default.htm file in C:Inetpubwwwroot folder.

And also I understand that some ISP's blocking port 80 , because of securety wise from hackes.

and accroding my isp, they are not blocking the mentioned port.

my website look like this "http://203.106.71.89(dynamic ip offcourse).default.htm or index.html

and I have tried this way too" http://203.106.71.89:80 too, and etc... as 8080 and other ports.

when I put the above URL in IE URL address bar and click enter, it open up my default web pagein my pc, but the problem is that no oneelss in other pc are able to open my webpage.

dose anyone know, what's the problem or what elss I have to do to make it able to other open my web page in other computer in the intrenet.
