[DVD Cover] Half-Life 2

Question

I know a lot of you are going to be downloading Half-Life 2 and Counter Strike via Steam, so I figured people would want to make a backup of their cache files. Anyways, here's something I made over the past couple of days.

Enjoy.

As nice (and by nice I mean incredible!!!!11!11 ;)) as they both look in general, I just have a couple of complaints/comments:

1. Couldn't you have not used arial throughout? Doesn't do the rest of it justice to be honest.

2.The DVD spine looks amateur.

Apart from that I really love them both!! :D Amazing.

Sorry guys, a change is in order. Taylor Sherman of VALVe commented on my DVD cases and said they were good; however, it's mis-representation of their company by including their trademark/logo. So, to be fair because I like VALVEe, I'll remove all trademarks/logo's from the case/label. I'll try to work in a neat design for the missing information though!

You're kidding, right? Is he afraid you'll put him out of a job?

You're not selling it and trying to make a replica (or new design). Some people are just SILLY.

Edit- They should be more concerned with releasing the game anyways.

i wish i was contacted by a cool company for making something infringing :)

ACID: its not that they think he will put them out of a job, but that people may think the cover was made by Valve. Which is a valid concern. People trademark logos for a reason, so when other people see the logo, they know who made it.. the company gets known this way. If anyone could use their logo.. it really wouldn't represent the company anymore would it?
