I found a fan on Newegg that has 0.8 Sone for it's noise level. Can anyone give me an idea of how loud that is?

Should be pretty quiet (it has low rpm + air flow)

Please don't buy any fan from Arctic Cooling...I had a Heatsink from them with almost the same fan and I can say although it isn't that loud it doesn't perform very well! The only good thing from Arctic Cooling is the VGA Silencer.

actually

i have a arctic cooling HSF, and 2 case fans.

THey're practicaly silent, but move alot of air. Pentium 4 2.8ghz - 48c load, 36 idle. Not bad for this quietness
