Hey
I have a old netgear wireless router MR314 that i would like to use as a swtich and a wireless hub behind my new router Linksys RT31P2 that has voip
can some one explain how. Please

simply turn off the dhcp server and NAT. it should function as a switch at that point. Refer to the user manual on how to do such an operation.
