Ar right, i use Media Player classic with FFdshow and the Flv Splitter & skipping works fine, might want to try that?

same here, seeking works fine.

Can advice me on what I should do with the file of FLVSplitter.ax?

I think I have FFdshow for Windows Media Player. same for Classic right?

Put it in your ffdshow folder.

Mines in: C:\Program Files\Name not allowed on neowin Codec Pack\ffdshow. Though theres a lot of codec packs out there that install it all by default :)

Edit: Yeh it'll work for windows media player too

I just use the K-lite Mega Codec Pack. Turns my regularly used video player in a mighty mighty... um... video player that can play flv files. :) Highly recommended!

Have you got a ffdshow folder on your start menu? It's got some shortcuts to configurations so you can enable the flv splitter, run 'Video Decoder Configuration' if you have; then change the FLV1 option under 'codecs' to as shown in the screenshot:
