A study by physicist Henry Tye of Cornell University suggests that the universe may not expand forever. Instead, it could eventually stop expanding, begin contracting and end in a "Big Crunch" roughly 20 billion years from now. Maybe not as we now know that time can flow backwards. -

Matt Dinniman I’m happy to announce that our friends at Peacock have officially greenlit the Dungeon Crawler Carl television series! Me, Chris Yost and Seth MacFarlane and his team at Fuzzy Door are all really excited to get to work. I have a 309 MB 720x576 DV AVI file (1m 29s) video file and I want it converting to a 320x256 SWF file.
The file size must be no larger than 10 MB and I wish it to be as higher quality as possible as long as it isn't any larger than 10 MB.
What is the best way for me to do this?
