Command line option syntax error

Hi, I keep getting this message every time I try to install a program : "Command line option syntax error. Type Command /?" My mozilla browser is also acting up, showing two tabs every time I click on it. Pls help, thanks

Have you changed in system variables or system folder names? That could come up if you have spaces or double byte characters in your folder name.

Create a folder on your root C: drive and call it tmp: c:\tmp. Place the install file in that directory and then try to execute it.

You might want to try to clean up your temp files. Run Windows Cleanup and remove any cached files in c:\documents and setting\%USERNAME%\Local Settings\Temp (and Temporary Internet Files).
