I have a humble request..

Could someone take an image like this one, and turn it into an operational lighthouse, with day and night effects (in real time) with the light going around and stuff?

I know that sounds really complex, but there are some extremely talented people here, and I'd love to see it/use it.

I just played with hue/sat/lightness in PS and added a yellow circle that I blurred. Didn't take me 5 minutes.

I believe the OP is talking about creating an animated dream for Windows Vista, not just merely changing the lighting in an existing image.
