I am wondering is i could use any other client for my email other then Lotus Notes with Domino Server?

My company is using Dominos but Lotus note is possibly the worst possible email client on earth. It is slow and not user friendly. The interface is like alien on Windows.

I am wondering i could use any other client?

Since I am also forced to used Lotus Notes at work, I have written a simple Lotus Notes mail client.
It can access mail messages on the server as well as in archives. Messages can be easily categorized and searched.
