The Russian and English texts are identical, so you can read the English version. If you don't understand what it means or if it doesn't make sense to you, then it's probably spam.

Some guy called "Juravlev Anton Dmitrievich" registered for what is likely a domain registry system using the email address "[email protected]". He has since updated their database to replace "[email protected]" with "[email protected]".
