Personally this feels like a soap opera, I don't really like anyone to win. In a world when everything can be patented, even if it's a duplicate of something else, lawsuits will just happen left and right. Not as an attempt to enforce law, instead it's used as a way to win in the court and get a sum of money in the end.

Hopefully HTC wins...because even though I'm an avid Ipod Touch fan, I'm dissapointed in Jobs' behavior and it's put me off buying another one, and I know I'm not alone on this.
