TUF 16 Finale: Roy Nelson vs. Matt Mitrione will headline

Meathead is getting back in the cage. Nelson will certainly put a beating on him or just submit him in the 1st.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say meathead will be the first to put Nelson down in the ufc.

He stood toe to toe with Junior dos Santos for 3 rounds. I don't think Mitrione has the power or skill to outclass JDS on the feet and KO Roy.

I'm running on the notion that the accumulative affect of receiving so many headshots in ones career eventually leads to getting KO'd. Its a gamble with Matt but one day Nelson will no longer sustain those shots.

UFC 157 is going to be headlined by Rousey vs Carmouche. The first WMMA fight in the UFC headlines a PPV. That's massive. The choice of opponent is pretty weak, nobody knew who Carmouche was when she fought Marloes Coenen and that situation still stands. They really should've brought in Marloes Coenen to fight Rousey. Other reasonable choices would be Alexis Davis, Shayna Baszler, Sarah McMann, Cat Zingano or Amanda Nunes, but they all suffer from the same problem as Carmouche: almost nobody has ever heard of them. Coenen's name still holds some value. Still, this is only a practice fight for Rousey vs Cyborg on a brazilian PPV card.

^^ Carmouche got the fight because she was the only one actively pushing for it in Social Media, and got what she asked for, the rest of the ladies just stood by while Carmouche talked her way into a historical fight for the UFC, but yrs she's s till a few fights from being a title contender, but she does have potential down the road

Contrasting with an absolutely terrible season, the TUF 16 Finale was AWESOME. Great fights, tons of finishes and free. What's not to like?

The UFC on FX 6 card (the TUF Australia vs UK finals), not so much. The TUF guys sucked badly, Pearson did his thing and Lombard got a gift win because Paul Harris was too dumb to take him down and fought a flat footed stand up battle. Put Lombard against Mu?oz and watch him squirm.

MMA fighter & TNA Wrestling star King Mo was victorious in his first Bellator MMA fight on Thursday night on Spike TV, which aired after Impact. In the quarter finals of the Bellator Light Heavyweight tournament, Mo defeated Przemyslaw Mysiala via knockout in 3:52 of the first round.

Mo looked rusty early on after being out of the cage for a full year, but found his rhythm and delivered a one-punch knockout Mysiala to advance in the tournament.

During the post-fight interview, Mo said he didn't have much of a strategy going in and he just wanted to knock the guy out.

Mo will fight Emmanuel Newton next in the semi-finals on February 21st from Salt Lake City, Utah.

Rampage sounds like he's kinda done

He was already done a while ago. But this fight sealed the deal. He looked like crap and he completely checked out in the 3rd round. Still, Bellator will probably send an offer his way to fight King Mo after he steamrolls the LHW tournament.

Pettis looked like a straight up beast. UFC 156 is coming up this weekend. I'll get the info ready.

    • Didn’t Dbrand once complain that Casetify was ripping off their designs a well? seems pretty bad of them to try and get around Valve’s copyright this way with that in mind.
    • Dbrand thought they could get away with this Steam Machine case, Valve disagreed by David Uzondu Image via Dbrand Dbrand has cancelled its highly anticipated Companion Cube enclosure for the Valve Steam Machine, which it teased back in November of last year with a concept render and sign-up page, because it did not ask Valve for permission first before manufacturing the case. According to Dbrand, it took the "backwards approach" of building the product first before asking for permission from the copyright holder. Seven months of work went into the project, requiring over a thousand engineering hours from the design team. Workers developed forty-four sets of injection molding tools, making a unique mold for each sub-component of the crate. When the Companion Cube went live on Monday last week, it, according to Dbrand, quickly became the second-fastest-selling product in the company's fifteen-year history, racking up orders for hundreds of thousands of units. Customers eagerly bought the $129.95 deluxe edition or the bare-bones $99.95 version, which the manufacturer cheekily branded as the "Poverty Cube". It was around this time that the legal eagles at Valve descended on the accessory maker with a formal demand. The developer pointed out that the iconic block design remains protected intellectual property from the game Portal, so unlicensed sales had to stop. Dbrand said that all its pleas to salvage the project with the Valve team, including proposals to run a properly licensed release under official terms "with their blessing", fell on deaf ears, so it had no choice but to obey and remove every trace of the product from the internet. If you bought the enclosure, the company said that banks will process your refund by the end of this week, but if it still hasn't arrived in your account by then, you should not hesitate to contact support. The Steam Machine itself is a high-performance console that Valve designed directly to bring PC gaming into the living room. It was announced on 12th November 2025 (the same day Dbrand announced the Cube) and runs on the Linux-based SteamOS, the same OS that powers the Steam Deck. As for the price, due to the shortage of memory and storage chips, the hardware cost landed much higher than people were expecting, starting at $1,049 for the 512 model (without a controller) or $1,128 with the new gamepad. The premium 2 TB model pushes those prices even higher, selling at $1,349 for the standalone console and hitting $1,428 if you want the bundle.
    • It's listed #399.99 on Amazon, per your link. It's not $299.99.
