WindowBlinds trouble WINDOWS 7

Just downloaded Windowblinds.

I have a dell with windows 7 on it.

Applied a skin and it changed all my taskbars, windows, and everything white and plain.

idk if it was just the skin itself, or if something is just incompatible.

looking for some help.
