For me the choice is Chrome on Mac OS X.

Firefox on Windows. Still hasn't let me down, although I love Chrome, somehow I can't get used to it as my main browser.

Mac OS X and Safari.

Unless Firefox, Chrome and Opera get an truly native interface I won't even consider them.

Tried all the rest, just can't seem to move away from Firefox, does everything I need, which as all I ask.
