DrewJW
Hi all. I am a little lost on this one, suddenly my iPhone4 is refusing to send MMS to anyone in my contacts list, the MMS option is enabled, and the phone is on contract with O2. It will progress to about 75% "sending" and hang their and return a red explanation mark, and offer to re-send, has anyone any experience in this fault? +jamesyfx Subscriber² Posted February 9, 2011 Subscriber² Share Posted February 9, 2011 It's more than likely an issue with your network settings - have you tried checking MMS Settings? From the main screen of your iPhone tap Settings > General > NetworkUnder Cellular Data Network For Pay Monthly customers. Tap APN and change idata.o2.co.uk and enter mobile.o2.co.uk (Please note that "o2" needs to be written with a letter "o" and not a zero) You don't need to change your username and password Ignore the Visual Voicemail APN box - it's not available to Pay & Go customers or Pay Monthly customers (with a non iPhone tariff) Under MMS For Pay Monthly customers. Tap APN and change idata.o2.co.uk and enter wap.o2.co.uk (Please note that o2 needs to be written with a letter o and not a zero) You don't need to change your username and password Turn your iPhone off and on again From O2's Knowledgebase.
