I was checking the 1TB USB hard drive...

I was error-checking the 1TB USB hard drive... for disc integrity. It takes forever, but I think it finished, but not sure how it did cuz my computer shut down on it's own. It do this a lot lately, which I think has to do with severe lack of hard drive space.

Anyway to look up the USB HDD scan result, without scanning it again?

I think the test creates a hidden txt file on the drive it checks. I've seen it on USB flash drives. Not entirely sure but see if it exists.

It should leave a file I think; and yes I know how long it can take, I scanned my 2TB drives ... took few days :D

I'm not sure it'll be in there but have a look in "Event Viewer" in computer management. Organize the columns by Level and have a look for any warning/errors.

have you tries any software apart from windows default error check utility?
