So I went through all of the languages and here is how the new features are being supported for each area: NOTE If you set your language to english, you get most features in most of the countries. Bing Vision, Bing Audio, Local Scout, Bing Voice (Full support): United States (English) United Kingdom(English) France Germany: almost full support, buttons are there for local scout but it has no data for the search yet Bing Vision, Bing Audio (Only displays web results, no images, news, or anything like that): Italy Spain Bing Vision (Only displays web results, no images, news, or anything like that): China Denmark Netherlands Norway Brazil Portugal Finland Sweden Russia Nothing, pressing the search button opens IE to Bing.com: Czech Republic Hungary Poland Greece There were a few languages that I couldn't figure out what country they were from so I left those out, but other two or three languages, these were all the supported languages in the emulator.
