Off-topic: Was using Kingsoft AV until it started to quarantine important windows 8 updates .. Back to MSE for the time being ..

yes it is, it's really not worth it, try MSE or KINGSOFT FREE ANTIVIRUS, very light on resources and very effective (personally I use the second one and I don't believe how light and secure it is)

Agreed, MSE/Windows defender 8 is the best for me
