I find in some instances this program uninstalls like aaaass. It leaves everything behind in program files. You then have to run the removal tool just to get it off your system. Saw this just a few days ago.

AVG and Nod32 are the most annoying to remove but at least AVG made a cleanup tool, NOD32 didn't even bother. Nothing is as bad as logmein or HP complete printer softwares though.

Because incompetence. When they test the uninstaller included with the setup it usually works. The clutter starts being left behind after the program updates itself: the original uninstaller often doesn't recognize the new files and doesn't remove them.
